1. Who we are
Local Windows & Doors UK is a lead generation website. When you submit an enquiry, your details are passed to ASHI Group Ltd, trading as Anglian Home Improvements (“Anglian”), so they can contact you about a quote. We do not pass your details to any other installer. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to buy anything.
2. What we collect
Name, email, phone number, address and postcode, information about your property and the windows or doors you are interested in, your answers in the enquiry form, technical data (IP address, browser, device), marketing attribution data (e.g. UTM parameters) and a record of your consent.
3. How we use it and on what basis
- To pass your enquiry to Anglian and enable them to contact you by phone, SMS or email — on the basis of the consent you give in the form.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and keep records of enquiries and consents — on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- To comply with legal obligations where required.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@localrebate.org or by telling Anglian directly.
4. Who we share it with
Anglian receives the information you submit and is an independent data controller for its own use of it. We also use service providers (hosting, form processing, CRM) who process data on our behalf under contract.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers and team members are located outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months from submission, unless a longer period is required by law or for legal claims. Anglian applies its own retention periods.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Email admin@localrebate.org; we respond within one month.

9. Complaints
Email admin@localrebate.org with “Complaint” in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
