1. About us
Local Windows & Doors UK is a lead generation service operated by Local Rebate (ICO registration ZC107920, admin@localrebate.org). We introduce homeowners to ASHI Group Ltd, trading as Anglian Home Improvements (“Anglian”), a FENSA-registered installer. We are not an installer, manufacturer or supplier. We receive a fee from Anglian for introductions.
2. Our service
By completing the enquiry form you ask us to pass your details to Anglian, who may contact you by phone, SMS or email with a quote. The service is free and you are under no obligation to accept any quote.
3. Eligibility
The service is for UK residents aged 18 or over who own the property or have the owner’s authority to request installation work. You confirm the information you provide is accurate.
4. No guarantee of availability or price
We do not guarantee that Anglian will cover your postcode, that any particular offer will be available, or that any price will be achieved. All quotes are subject to survey.
5. Your contract is with Anglian
Any installation contract is between you and Anglian. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for the quality, timing or cost of any work.
6. Finance
References to “£0 upfront” or funding relate to finance products that may be offered by Anglian or its finance partners, subject to status. We do not provide financial advice.
7. Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to or is licensed to Local Windows & Doors UK and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website or our service. Nothing limits our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
10. Complaints and contact
Email admin@localrebate.org. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and respond within 30 days.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
